Not-for-profit & charity accountants in the Hills District & Norwest.
Our office is in Norwest, so the Hills is home. We look after charities, sporting clubs, churches and community groups from Castle Hill to Rouse Hill, Parramatta to Penrith — ACNC, ATO, audits and grant acquittals, all on a fixed fee.
Accountants who know Hills District's community sector.
The Hills and Greater Western Sydney have one of the busiest community sectors in NSW — junior sports clubs, faith communities, multicultural associations, disability and family services. Most rely on a volunteer treasurer and a board that changes every few years.
We're five minutes from Castle Hill, Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills. Meet us at our Norwest office, or work with us entirely over phone, email and Xero — whatever suits your committee.

NFP accounting in Hills District — common questions.
Do you have an office in the Hills District?
Yes — Suite 204, 11 Solent Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, with visitor parking. Treasurers and committee members are welcome to meet us there.
Do you work with sporting clubs and associations?
Yes. Many Hills clubs are incorporated associations that self-assess as income tax exempt. We handle NSW Fair Trading annual summaries, financial statements and the ATO NFP self-review return.
How much does it cost?
Plans start from $1,200 per year for small charities (revenue under $500k) and from $3,500 per year for medium charities and DGRs. Everything is fixed fee, agreed in writing.
Can you take over from our current accountant mid-year?
Yes. We handle the handover, get access to your books and pick up whatever is due next — usually without the committee having to do much at all.
